Today I completed my last minute preparations for my cleanse. I picked up a few ingredients that I needed and made sure I had plenty of fruits, vegetables and nuts to snack on if I get hungry.
I am completely off of wheat, caffeine, sugar, dairy, meat, processed foods and of course alcohol.
I spent tonight at a spiritual concert for peace" Snatam Kaur" http://www.snatamkaur.com/ with many members of the team cleanse and students of Divine Yoga. What a way to kick start the cleanse. I just started Kundalini yoga a few months ago and I already feel the transformation.
