Green Smoothie
Kale Pear Smoothie (makes 4 cups)
1 c green grapes 1 orange peeled 1/2 Bartlett pear 1 frozen or fresh banana 1 cup kale (or spinach) 1/2 cup water 2 cups ice *add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 min.
